SHIPPING POLICY

Our endeavor is to ship the products to you as early as possible, we charge a nominal shipping charge based on the weight of your order and are different for domestic and international delivery.

In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name, address or contact number ) any extra cost towards re-delivery shall be claimed by the user placing the order.

Incase of International shipping, all duties and taxes shall be borne by the customer.

DELIVERY TIME

Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation Email or Phone Number containing your order and tracking details. Further shipping updates will be shared with you as your order progresses to the next stage.

Order processing begins once the payment has been successfully confirmed. Delivery timelines are approximate and may vary depending on the shipping address and location.

REFUND & RETURNS

We work really hard to ensure the products are made out of the best quality material and packed carefully to ensure no damage.
However, incase the product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered then we'll be happy to exchange/or give store credit of the same amount. 

In case you wish to place a return or refund request due to size or design concerns, the product must be packed exactly as it was received, including all original packaging. A shipping fee of ₹150 will be applicable. Refunds will be initiated only after the package has been received and inspected in its original condition.

All refund/ replacement requests are to be made within 2 days of receiving the order. 

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations will be considered if the request is made within 12 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the shipment of the product has been initiated
