SHIPPING POLICY

Our endeavor is to ship the products to you as early as possible, we charge a nominal shipping charge based on the weight of your order and are different for domestic and international delivery.

In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name, address or contact number ) any extra cost towards re-delivery shall be claimed by the user placing the order.

Incase of International shipping, all duties and taxes shall be borne by the customer.

DELIVERY TIME

Once the order has been placed, we will send an order confirmation email that will include tracking information. You will be contacted, at the next stage with shipping details

The order processing starts from the day of receipt of the payment confirmed. The /delivery time is an approximate time mentioned by the vendor which depends on the address for delivery

Incase of situations beyond our control eg) fire, flood and etc. we shall evaluate the order value and either provide you with a replacement or give you store credit of the same amount.

REFUND & RETURNS

We work really hard to ensure the products are made out of the best quality material and packed carefully to ensure no damage.
However, incase the product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered then we'll be happy to exchange/or give store credit of the same amount 
All refund/ replacement requests are to be made within 15 days of receiving the order. 

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations will be considered if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the shipment of the product has been initiated
